I have checked the drainage facilities constructed at the site. The detention ponds inlet
and outlet pipes, water quality structures and restricted outlet orifices are all in place. The
grading and elevations of these facilities are all correct.
The concrete curb and emergency overflow channel has not been installed along the east
side of the north pond, but should be completed in a few days. Also there needs to be some finish
grading in the ponds as they are landscaped, and the water quality holes need to be drilled into the
bottom of the water quality outlet structure and the trash racks need to be installed.
Jim Frank at Drahota Construction would like to get a Temporary C.O. for this project on
Wednesday, October 6, 1999.
I will be out of town for the remainder of this week, but Dick Rutherford can probably
answer any questions you might have.
