Heart!►fue_drive-was conducted by me or under toy supervision on August 23, 2000. Tbis
surveywas- rformed using information taken from the stmW plans of the subdivision as
prepared by others. Elevations were obtained at the lot comers, the top of foundation, at
window wells and ar spots along the property lines to determine that this lot does have
Positive drainage away from the foundation and off of the lot in the general directions as
shown on the Master Grading plant tzepared by Shear Engineering Corporation, a portion
of which has been included. The results of this survey are shown on the attached drawing

Colorado do hereby Fk= that this Drainage Ctrtificate is the direct reattlt of elevation
shots taken August IX5, 2000 by me or by personnel under my supervision.
