A field survey was performed on November 14, 2002 by Frederick Land Surveying, Inc. A site visit was made by this office on November 19, 2002. A copy of the "Improvement Location Certificate" prepared by Frederick Land Surveying, Inc. for the subject lot is enclosed. The field verified elevations of the ground surface and the structure are indicated on the "Improvement location Certificate." The structure is a single -story frame home with a walkout basement. The foundation elevation and the lot grading were found to provide positive drainage away from the structure. The ground around the structure has been graded to match the surface at the perimeter property lines. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
