This is to advise that the elevations of the house and the lot grading on the subject lot have been field
verified. A field survey was performed on November 14, 2002 by Frederick Land Surveying, Inc. A site
visit was made by this office on November 19, 2002. A copy of the "Improvement Location Certificate"
prepared by Frederick Land Surveying, Inc. for the subject lot is enclosed. The field verified elevations of
the ground surface and the structure are indicated on the "Improvement location Certificate."
The structure is a single -story frame home with a walkout basement. The foundation elevation and the lot
grading were found to provide positive drainage away from the structure. The ground around the structure
has been graded to match the surface at the perimeter property lines.

I hereby certify that this improvement location certificate was
prepared for P.W. Smith Construction, that it is not a land
survey plat or improvement survey plat, and that it is not to
be relied upon for the establishment of fences, buildings, or
other future improvement lines.
I further certify that the improvements on the above described
parcel on this dote, 11-14-02, except utility connections, are
entirely within the boundaries of the parcel, except as shown,
that there are no encroachments upon the described premises
by improvements on any adjoining premises, except as
indicated, and that there is no apparent evidence or sign of
any easement crossing or'burdening any part of said parcel,
except as noted.
