Collins, Colorado 3226 Cinamon Court Dear Mr. Barber, This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address dated 05/15/2000. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows: • Grading certification • Swale certification • Finished floor elevation certification • Property's lot comer elevation certification • Lowest building opening elevation certification Finished grade shots were provided by RJL Surveys. A representative from Shear Engineering Corporation visited the site to review the final grading. All final grading is complete, functions properly and meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Hearthfire P.U.D., First Filing by Shear Engineering Corporation; Shear Project No: 1552-01-96; Director of Engineering approval date 10/03/97. Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site by RJL Surveys. Also attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only.
