I, Michael J DeDe leer, a duly registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State
of Colorado do hereby state that a survey of the finished grade of Lot 61,
HEARTH FIRE P.U.0. FIRST Filing aka 3061 BARN SWALLOW DR. was
conducted on January 6, 2005 using infom►ation taken from the drainage plan
prepared by Shear ftinsering Ltd. elevations were obtained. at the kit comers,
the top of foundation, at window wells, and at spots along the property lines
which deberminred that although some deviations were noted the lot does have
positive drainage away from the foundation and off of the lot. Flows are In
general conformance with the master grading plan. the results of this survey
are shown an the attached drawing depk&V the existrg grading which is
functionally adequate for this lot and the overall subdivision plan.
