Collins, Colorado 80522 Re: Padia Subdivision Second -Filing; Fort Collins, Colorado Dear Glen, This letter serves as final certification for all project drainage improvements for Padia Subdivision Second Filing. Improvements were only made on Lot 1. The extent of the improvements consisted of the construction of a 60'x80' building and the associated finished grading to allow drainage to sheet flow to the property to the south. A condition of approval by the City of Fort Collins was that increased flows to the property to south be approved by the property owner of the property to the south. The owner of the property to the south is Latimer County. The Latimer County Engineering Department approved this by signing the drainage plan. Lot 2 was created -because of an existing residence. No improvements were made with Lot 2. Shear Engineering Corporation has made periodic observations during construction and has gathered field data during construction. Based on our observations during construction and our review of the field data, Shear Engineering Corporation states that all grading and drainage improvements have been completed in substantial conformance with the approved plan for the modified drainage for Lot 1, Padia Subdivision Second Filing which was prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. All drainage facilities are functioning appropriately and meet the intent of the drainage design for Lot 1, Padia Subdivision Second Filing. An elevation certificate had been submitted previously.
