Please find enclosed the "As Built" survey of the grading on Lot 7, Hearthfire PUD First '
Filing, which is 1502 Bald Eagle Court, Fort Collins, Colorado.
The lot grading does not exactly conform to the approved grading plan. The attached "AS
BUILT" grading plan reflects the existing grading at this site and should be functionally adequate for
this lot and the overall subdivision drainage plan. See attached "AS BUILT" drawing.
