Please find enclosed the red limed "As Built" Grading and Drainage Plan for the Cetaceau
(Su6divisionat 115 West Harvard Street.
The site has been paved and the landscaping has been installed. The detention pond, the inlet
and outlet pipes, the restriction plate and the metal sidewalk culvert have been completed.
The grading of the parking lot was not done exactly as designed. The parking lot will drain
reasonably well but the detention volume was reduced due to the paving. The required volume is
3,906 cubic feet and the "As Built" volume is 2,702 cubic feet which is 70% of that required. It
would be difficult to raise the high water line of the pond, in order to provide more volume,
because the spillway is the existing concrete driveway.
Therefore, on behalf of the owner, Mr. Steve Boeme, we are requesting a variance for the
detention volume and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.' This is an infill project and most
of the abutting properties do not have any on -site detention.
