Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the requirements
of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice dated 9/22/2004. Certifications
include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Comer lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets the
intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage, design according to the Final Utility Plans for
Hearthfire P.U.D., Second Filing by Shear Engineering Corporation, Project No: 1552-02-97; City of
Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date June 2, 2003. Attached is a copy of Sheet 37 of 49
(Grading Plan — Finished Grade) from the subdivision final utility plans, of which this site is a part.
This plan was revised with lot corner modifications that were made with Phase.I construction. Note
that this sheet is a record drawing and is specific to Phase 1 modifications. This sheet is for reference
only.
Final grading for the above referenced address is also in conformance with the site -specific grading
plan for this site prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation, dated August, 2004; Shear Project No:
I909-06-04. A copy of the site -specific grading plan with field shot documentation is attached for
your immediate reference.
