Please find enclosed the red lined "As Built" grading survey of-Lot_4,-Conifer lndustrial.Park,?
Fort Collins, Colorado. The new Glove Wagon building is on the site.
The detention ponds, the storm drain pipes and the restriction plates are completed. The "As
Built" detention volume is 4,667 cubic feet and the required detention volume was 4,176 cubic
feet. The grading was done in substantial compliance with the Grading and Drainage Plan
prepared by Messner Engineering Associates dated March 12, 1997.
