Please find enclosed the red lined "As Built" survey of the South portion of the Phelps-
Tointon detention pond on Lot 1, The,Second-Replat=of North Lemay_-Subdivision. The sanitary
sewer for 225 North Lemay Avenue was extended across the South portion of the pond in a
20.00 foot utility easement and some of the back fill was spread out into the pond. It was
regraded and the "As Built" toe of slope elevations are shown in red. The sanitary sewer is
located in the berm and is very shallow. Water and Waste Water required foam board placed over
the sewer to help insulate the sewer lime due to a small amount of cover. The contractor did not
remove any material from the berm.
The on site grading for 225 North Lemay Avenue was submitted and signed off by you March
121 1997. Steve Kawulok will be needing a certificate of occupancy in the near future. ff you
