The curb inlet was installed per the modified detail forwarded to your office for review prior to construction, and as attached to this certification with the modifications noted. A high point has been created by the new curb and gutter and asphalt which does keep the large majority of the developed runoff on -site, and from flowing onto the Frontage road. The grading concepts, as shown on the grading plan have been substantially complied with. In summary, the drainage improvements for the 1stBank at Foothills Drive should perform in compliance with the intent of the drainage report. Thank you for your time and consideration of this Certification submittal. .,mlllllllllNu,,. Sincerely, RBD Inc.
