Dear Basil:
This letter serves as certification by Sear -Brown of the Phase 3 drainage items shown below. These items were
constructed with reasonable conformity to the utility plans. Please find enclosed red -lined drawings from The Sear -
Brown Group, with surveryed elevations noted in red. The drainage elements certified are noted below:
The storm drain and culvert have been constructed as intended. See surveyed elevations on the red -lined
drawings.
2. All inlets have been constructed according to the drawings. Surveyed rim elevations for the inlets are
shown on the enclosed drawings.
3. The channel and sub -drain along the southern boundary has been constructed as intended.
4. Cross pans have been constructed as intended. See surveyed elevations on the re -lined drawings.
This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this letter I attest that to the best of my knowledge the as -
built conditions of the drainage facilities are as described above and on the redlined construction drawings enclosed..
Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification and prevent the
release of any. Stormwater Utility holds on Building Permits and/or Certificates of Occupancy.
