Please find enclosed the 'Red Lined As Built" Grading and Drainage Plan for Phase H of
Greenbriar Village_P.U.D. First Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado. The grading is in substantial
compliance with the approved grading plan. The concrete pan along the Southerly property line
was moved Northerly in places to accommodate the Coach Light Plaza existing grading,
telephone pedestals and existing trees. It is within the 10 foot wide easement. The two pans in
the Southeast corner of the P.U.D. were moved further for the same reasons. They are not within
the 10 foot wide easements. All of the drainage facilities have been completed.
