DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE ,
LOT 30, HEARTHFIRE P.U.D. FIRST FILING

I, John F. Donnelly, a duly registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado do hereby
certify that a survey of the finished grade of Lot 30, Hearthfire P.U.D. First Filing was conducted
on April 3, 2001 using information taken from the drainage plan prepared by Shear Engineering
Corporation elevations were obtained at the lot corners, the top of foundation. at window'wells,
and at spots along the property lines which determined that although some deviations were noted
the lot does have positive drainage away from the foundation and off the lot in.the general
directions as shown on the Master Grading Plan. The results of this survey are shown on the
attached drawing depicting the existing grading which. is functionally adequate for this lot and the
overall subdivision drainage plan
