I, Michael J. DeDecker, a drily registered professional land surveyor in the State of Colorado do
hereby certify that a survey of the finished grade of Lot 31, Hearth8re P.UD. First Filing was
conducted on April 25, 2001 using information taken from the drainage plan prepared by Shear
Engineering Corporation elevations were obtained at the lot corners, the top of foundation, at
window wells, and at spots along the property lines which determined that although some
deviations were noted the lot does have positive drainage away from the foundation and off the
lot in the general directions as shown on the Master Grading Plan. The results of this survey are
shown on the attached drawing depicting the es;stinggrading which is functionally adequate for
this lot and the overall subdivision drainage plan.
