hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed from a survey performed on the referenced property on April 27,
2001, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. The owner is
aware of the minimal drainage at the back of the lot. The relative elevations as depicted may
change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition
or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion wind or water or other factors. Therefore, this
survey.may not accurately depict the eleva ' inage pattern of the referenced property
after the date of the survey. `

You, the homeowner must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water
away from your house. The builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused
