Certifications include the following items: • Grading certif cation • Swale certification • Finished floor elevation certification • Comer lot elevation certification • Lowest building opening elevation certification We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly, and meets the intent of the grading design according to the site specific grading plan for Lot 7, Hearthfire P.U.D. (1" = 20' scale) prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation and dated November 2006 (see attached). This grading plan was designed to accommodate modifications made to the Master Grading Plan for Hearthfire P.U.D. Second Filing during construction of the residence when it was found that the foundation was lowered and did not meet the lot -specific grading plan originally prepared for this lot by Hill Country Custom Homes. The revised grading plan was provided to you on 11/28/2007. Attached are photos of the finished floor in relation to the final grade. The new grading plan was prepared to provide proper drainage for this lot and to generally meet the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility - Plans for Hearthfire P.U.D., Second Filing, by Shear Engineering Corporation, Project No: 1552- 02-97; City of Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date June 2, 2003 All elevations noted are based on the same datum as that used for the subdivision design for Hearthfire P.U.D. Second Filing. A benchmark was provided by Hill Country Custom Homes at the Northeast property corner of the on the edge of the asphalt of Lot 7. The elevation of the benchmark noted was 125.87. The site generally meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Hearthfire P.U.D., Second Filing, by Shear Engineering Corporation, Project No: 1552-02-97; City of Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date June 2, 2003. 4836 S.
