JR Engineering; Ltd. (JR) surveyed' the 'existing storm sewer, facilities",for Falcon Ridge
P.U.D. Phase.11 on November'24 "1998.and'January.6, 1999. In addition; the facilities were
reviewed in the field by. David Klockeman"'of7R'on December T, 4998 and.January. 19, 1999:.
As a result of this, we offer, the following for'youi review and comment
1., The inlet -ori the east side of Falcon Hill Road 'north of Red Hawk, Drive was -
constructed in general conformance with the -approved plans: '
2. .The inlet on .the west "side of Falcon Hill Road north 'of .Red" "Hawk Drive was
constructedin general conformance with. the approved plans.
3. The pipe, from the- connecting, the aforementioned inlets 'to the .North -Pond' has; been
constructed in general conformance -to the approved -plans. '
4. The crosspan at the intersection of Red Hawk Drive and Golden Eagle Drive has-been
constructed'in general conformance -to the approved plans
5. The'crosspan at the intersection of Falcon Hill Road and Talon Court was constructed',"
in goneral,corifolmance•to the approved plans..
6: The North Pond has been.revised due to the impact of-,existing'utilities'in proposed.
excavation areas. In order to account for this loss of.volume at the bottom of the pond,,:
the elevation -of the overflow. weir. (raisod ,approkirnately 0:4'feet) and the orifice plate
'(reduced in, size slightly due to the increase in pond depth'of approximately, 0.4 feet)
have been. revised.. (See Attachment sheets for. Calculations.)-- The revisedpond;' as
4 constructed; still'performs in general conformance to.the approved plans. 'Note,. It is'. .
:.anticipated that the orifice plate will. be,installed. within, the next two weeks : ;
