November 3, 1995
The attached drawing will serve as the record document of
existing elevations taken for the Harms Lab Project which is
located on part of the SE; of Section 35-7-69, City of Fort
Collins, Larimer County, Colorado.
Spot elevations and drainage patterns as shown on the attached
drawing are the Professional Engineer's findings of the finished
grades around the described building. The finished grades around
this lot are in substantial conformance with the intention of the
Drainage and Grading Plans.
The total storm drainage system has been constructed- in
substantial compliance with the approved drainage plan and drainage
report.
