Dear Glen: The construction is essentially complete for the Matterhorn P.U.D., and a ground survey has been conducted to verify that the project conforms to the approved construction drawings. Attached to this letter are copies of the notes from the ground survey, with the record elevations highlighted in pink. By comparing the design elevations with the ground survey data, it can be seen that the completed project matches the intent of the drainage design. There is no detention for this project, thus no pond size verification is needed. Sincerely, RBD, Inc.) 6' anelle K. Ohms, P.E.
