Dear Basil,
This letter serves as final certification for all Phase 1 project drainage improvements for Lot 2,
Mason Street P.U.D. (Raynor Garage Door). Record drawings have been prepared and are
included with this certification. Spot elevations have been provided on a separate print of the
Master Grading Plan for the entire site including the detention pond.
Shear Engineering Corporation has made periodic observations during construction and has
reviewed the field data represented with the record drawings. Based on our observations during
construction and our review of the record drawings, Shear Engineering Corporation states that all
drainage improvements have been completed in substantial conformance with the approved plans
for Lot 2, Mason Street P.U.D. which were prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. All
drainage facilities are functioning appropriately and meet the intent of the drainage design for
Lot 2, Mason Street P.U.D.
