Please find enclosed the red lined "AS BUILT" survey of the grading for Morningside Villas0
As you know, the swales on the South side of the building were not graded and so a 4 inch and 6 inch
A.D.S. drain pipe system was constructed that drains the downspouts into the 16 inch D.I.P. storm drain
that carries the runoff under the Spring Creek Trail to Spring Creek.
Mr. Larimer added 8 inch timbers around the Northwest and Southwest window wells.
If you have any questions regarding this certification, please call. Mr. Larimer would like to
receive his escrow check as soon as you have reviewed the certification. Thank you for your help and
flexibility on this matter.
