Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Jay, r/'65dVOi T nJ4S 11-;0J V'` 4 RE: MIDPOINT SELF -STORAGE SOLUTION FACILITY I have inspected the "AS BUILT" construction of the storm drainage facilities and surveyed the elevations of the curbs, flow lines and detention ponding areas. The storm drainage facilities, including the proper sized restricted outlet openings, have all been installed according to the approved plans. There were some changes made during construction. The pan grades were changed to keep . water away from the building entrance. The revisions made will not adversely affect storm drainage. The detention ponds have been graded per the plans and will provide the required volumes of ponding. The landscapers will seed in the spring. I have attached a print of the grading plan, on which the surveyed "AS BUILT" elevations and pond calculations are shown. Please call if you have any questions regarding this project.
