Re: Storm Drainage Certification for Rocky Mountain Archery

I hereby certify that the detention pond and outlet structure constructed with the Rocky
Mountain Archery development has been constructed in substantial conformance with the
approved construction plans. This certification letter is based primarily on survey
provided by King Surveyors dated November 2, 2010. I have conducted one site visit
after, the completion of the construction in order to confirm conformance to the approved
plans.
All of the proposed improvements shown on the approved construction plans for Rocky
Mountain Archery appear to have been constructed.
The detention pond- volumes have been verified to meet or exceed the approved pond
volume as stated in the design plans and drainage report completed by North Star Design
dated September 2, 2009. Revised stage -storage tables and record drawings. for
development are attached.
