Sorry for the delayed response.
It looks to me like the elevations that should be compared are the flowlines of the concrete pan. That is 24.55 (design)
vs. 24.2 (actual). If you look to the south of the 24.55 elevation, the contours appear to go up to a 26 contour but no
elevation is given for the actual lot corner that we are showing an 26.5 elevation.

I'm looking at the grade cert for this property and for the most part it looks good; however, the SE is 2' higher than that
of the approved grading plan. Can you please provide explanation as to how this will affect the drainage and adjacent
properties?
