Please be advised that the undersigned visited the above -captioned project site.
On the basis of my observations, I am of the opinion that the elevations, slopes, swales,
grading and drainage of the subject site (lot) is in conformance with the contract documents.
I hereby certify that the site is in compliance with the approved drainage and grading plans
submitted to the City of Fort Collins.
