Per our conversation on Friday, February 9 , 2001 attached is a copy of the original grading plan with
shots taken around the perimeter of the house, along the property lines and the adjoining Swale along the
eastern property line. I did not shoot enough to re topo the property.
I hope this will suffice to show positive drainage from the house and along property lines. If you have any

On November 20, 2000, Hearne Construction LLC shot property pins (Lot Comers), Lowest opening
elevation (Garage Floor- No basement), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading
around the subject property.
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows:
Finished floor elevation 5037.0'
Lowest opening elevation 5035.5'
Property Comers SW 5031.1'
SE 5031.4'
NE 5031.7'
NW(1) 5033.6'
NW(2) 5035.3'
