This letter sefvgs as final certification for the above referenced site according to the requirements
of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address dated
06/26/00. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and
are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Comer lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets
the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility
Plans for High Pointe P.U.D., by Parsons and Associates, Consulting Engineers; P.A. Project No:
99.10 JET; City of Fort Collins City Engineer approval date 09/08/99.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the (trading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only. Also attached is a
copy of the site plan. Shear Engineering Corporation has obtained record field shots, which are
indicated on the site plan.
