Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Basil, RE: 338 Ifigh Pointe Drive Lot 31- igh Pointe P.U.D. We have inspected the site and surveyed the floor elevations and site grading spot elevations. The garage floor is the lowest opening elevation and it is at elevation 5038.60 compared to the adjacent detention pond high water elevation of 5032.0 and to the adjacent swale high water elevation of 5036.4. The lot is graded in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan. The surveyed as -built spot elevations are shown on the attached lot plan.
