Kim,
The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have
some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. Off the southeast corner of the home, the slope is greater
than the City's criteria. While the drainage is correct, the steep slope can cause issues with both maintenance and
erosion. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to
these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation
showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
Please share this information with the engineer of record.

Thanks Dan.
I do know the owner plans to handle those steeper areas with regards to getting landscaping on those areas so as
not to have erosion issues. They have been working with the landscape designer to address all those areas.
