my direct supervision, and verify construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and the
elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date) October 20, 2006 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):
❑ The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City
approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE.
® The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with
the City approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional
judgment the elevations and grading of the lot as constructed is functionally adequate and will
allow for stormwater drainage consistent with the approvean. SEE NOTE.

Subject: Supplement to Certification of Lot Grading for 3427 Hearthfire Drive
Mr. Jay Barber:
This memorandum is provided to accompany the Certification of Lot Grading for Permit
Application No. B0602078. Discrepancies between the approved design and the as -built
surveyed elevations are summarized below:
❑ The approved grading plan for Lot 52 indicated a "Type B/Type G - garden" lot;
however, the constructed home is a "Type W — walkout".
❑ The high point elevation along the northwest lotline is lower than the design
drawings.
❑ The rear lot corner elevations are lower than the design drawings.
