Based on this information, I certify that (check one): ❑ The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). Discrepancies between the approved design and the as -built surveyed elevations are summarized below: ❑ The approved grading plan for Lot 52 indicated a "Type B/Type G - garden" lot; however, the constructed home is a "Type W — walkout". ❑ The high point elevation along the northwest lotline is lower than the design drawings. ❑ The rear lot corner elevations are lower than the design drawings.
