Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 ft) J•R ENGI 4EMNG ASUbSA ryo1 SUiao Re: Certification of Stormwater Drainage for Harmony Village PUD, Lot-1 111 Texas Roadhouse a - 3 Dear Mr. Barber: i On November 1, 2000, John Tufte with JR Engineering performed a visual site inspection of Harmony Village PUD, Lot 11B with Rich, the project superintendent with Buffalo Construction. As a result of that site visit, we offer the following: This portion of Harmony Village had no drainage facilities proposed in the original plans and no new facilities were added as part of the development of the Texas Roadhouse. At the time of the walk-through, the landscaping had not been completed. (The contractor has informed us that the landscaping items mentioned in the previous paragraph will be completed within the next couple of days, prior to the restaurant opening.) However, the finished site grading appeared to be complete with the exception of the sod and miscellaneous trees and shrubs. Within the parking area to the west of the new building there were two small puddles created by rain the previous evening. The puddles appear to be approximately less than a 1/4" deep. It is our opinion that the puddles do not compromise the overall stormwater management design. Therefore, this letter certifies that Harmony Village PUD, Lot 1113, has been constructed in general conformance with the approved plans. If you have any questions or comments, or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at my office. Thank you. Sincerely, Prepared By: Reviewed By: ;,Sj •S John E.
