Re: Certification of Drainage Facilities for Harmony_ ViIIage_PUD,.Lot 6
Dear Jay:
JR Engineering (JR) surveyed the existing storm drainage facilities for Harmony Village
PUD, Lot 6, on December 21, 2000. The facilities were observed in the field by Kent
Bruxvoort of JR on December 27, 2000. The focus of the survey and the field observation
was the drainage easement along the northern and eastern edges of the lot. As a result of
these items, we offer the following for your review and comment.
1. Three low points were designed, and were constructed, to drain the northern, eastern
and southern edges of the lot to Pond B. The western edge of the lot is covered by
Building F, to become a convenience store. The southern edge of the lot was designed
to drain to the southeast comer. Curb and gutter was constructed along the northern
and eastern edges of the lot. Concrete pans were constructed to convey the flow from
the lot to the pans in the bottom of Pond B.
2. The survey data indicate that the constructed curb and gutter within the Lot 6 drainage
easement drain in general conformance with the approved plans to the three
constructed low points. The attached drawings depict the surveyed elevations in red
pen on blueline copies of the design grading drawings.
3. Field observation confirmed that the direction of flow as achieved through
construction was in general conformance with the plans.
4. Curb chases in the northwest, northeast and southeast comers of the lot were
constructed in general conformance with the approved plans.
5. Pond B will be certified as to its conformance under separate cover at a later date.

Three low points were designed, and were constructed, to drain the northern, eastern
and southern edges of the lot to Pond B. The western edge of the lot is covered by
Building F, to become a convenience store. The southern edge of the lot was designed

and eastern edges of the lot. Concrete pans were constructed to convey the flow from
the lot to the pans in the bottom of Pond B.
2. The survey data indicate that the constructed curb and gutter within the Lot 6 drainage

3. Field observation confirmed that the direction of flow as achieved through
construction was in general conformance with the plans.
4. Curb chases in the northwest, northeast and southeast corners of the lot were
constructed in general conformance with the approved plans.
5. Pond B will be certified as to its conformance under separate cover at a later date.
