As a result of these items, we offer the following for your review and comment: There were no major drainage structures located on this lot as they are located to the south and have been previously certified. 1. The site is graded to provide positive drainage away from the building. 2. The Swale on the east side of the building was constructed in general conformance with the approved plans. 3. The sidewalk culvert on the east side of the building was constructed in general conformance with the approved plans. 4. The curb cut in the northeast comer of the parking lot was constructed in general conformance with the approved plans. 5. The swale on the north side of the building was constructed in general conformance with the approved plans. This letter certifies that the above referenced items on Lot 2A were constructed in general conformance with the approved plans.
