Dear Jay,
We recently surveyed Lot I of the Harmony Village PUD (Eckerd Pharmacy) to verify whether
the grading met the intent of the approved grading and drainage plan. Spot elevations were
checked at pertinent locations and compared to the grading plan. The enclosed drawing shows
these as -built elevations.
In general, the lot and building meet the requirements of the grading and drainage plan and
there is positive drainage away from the, building on all sides. The intended drainage patterns
are met by the grading on this lot: the west side of the site drains south to the north flowline of
the local drive. The north and east sides drain around the east side of the building south to the
.local drive. The south side of the lot also drains south to the local drive. The as -built finished
floor elevation was equal to that identified in the grading and drainage plan of 4959.9. The
ground elevation around the building varies from 4959.4 to 4959.8. The spot elevations show
an adequate slope away from the building to the adjacent parking lot (west and south) and/or
concrete pan (north and east).
It is my recommendation. that the Certificate of Occupancy for Lot 1 A be released since the
Contractor graded the lot to meet design drainage patterns. If you have any questions, please
