referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been inspected by me or an appropriately qualified
professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete,
and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date): January 27, 2015 accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns
as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):
❑ The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved
/drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE.
� The elevations and drainage patterns of the IoUsite as measured are in general conformance with the City
approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional judgment the elevations
and grading of the lot/site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically approved
drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the

Re: Lot 217, Rigden Farm Filing Six
Certification of Lot Grading
The lot grading for Lot 216, Rigden Farm Filing Six is consistent;with the approved Final Grading
Plan, with one exception. The northerly rear yard swale was not constructed and therefore
approximately 1,400 s.f. of the rear yard flows to the rear property line instead of to the northerly
side yard swale. However, it is our, professional opinion that this exception is not significant and
will still allow for stormwater drainage to generally be consistent with the approved Final Grading
Plan.
A drainage swale is requited to be constructed in Tract AE, Rigden Farm Filing Six, as shown on
the Final Grading Plan, irk order to adequately convey runoff from the rear portions of Lots 216,
217 and D13, all of Tract AE and all of Lot M5 to a proposed 115" RCP culvert in order for the
general stormwater drainage to be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan. At the
time of this writing, the drainage swale has not been constructed. However, we understand that
this work is intended to be constructed in the near future. i
