performed on (Date): August 26, 2014 accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage pattems as
they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

Certification of Lot Grading
The lot grading for Lot 216, Rigden Farm Filing Six is consistent with the approved Final Grading
Plan. However, a drainage swale is required to be constructed in Tract AE, Rigden Farm Filing
Six, as shown on the Final Grading Plan, in order to adequately convey runoff from the rear
portions of Lots 216, 217 and D13, all of Tract AE and all of Lot M5 to a proposed 15" RCP culvert
in order for the general stormwater drainage to be consistent with the City approved Final Grading
Plan. At the time of this writing, the drainage swale has not been constructed. However, we
understand that this work is intended to be constructed in the near future.
