The attached photo shows the chase on the SE side of the driveway. The grading does not allow flow into the chase and the chase is entirely blocked with debris. Grading will need to be fixed in order to allow flow into the bottom of the chase, and the chase will need to be cleared prior to release of the escrow. Please let me know when this is completed and I will do another site visit to verify. If you'd rather send me pictures of the corrections, I could release based on those as well and would save the time of a site visit.
