These lots were changed from the originally proposed attached single family dwellings to detached single family dwellings as evident by the submittal of the Site and Grading Plans to the City of Fort Collins. These lots were approved by the City of Fort Collins to be constructed as detached single family homes. The changes to the lots included detached garages and house foundations and each structure was evaluated separately to recommend the top of foundation elevation and minor adjustment to the grading elevations. The original intent of the subdivision master grading plan was followed with the lots draining as proposed in the subdivision grading plan.
