We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. I see that they are working on the foundation to the rear of these lots, which has caused equipment traffic to cause some ruts in sections of these lots. While the overall grade is still there, I would recommend smoothing these out once the equipment is no longer needed in the areas. The driveways were recently poured on these and several other addresses around the development. Once the forms are removed, these adjacent holes should be filled and graded. Granular material was used to fill an area at the rear of 2914. The concern is that this material will not allow drainage away from the foundation and could instead potentially encourage flow toward the foundation. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification. Please share this information with the engineer of record. Please let me know if there are any further questions.
