We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. - There appears to be a low spot (indicated by the arrow) adjacent to the electric vault that may cause some standing water. - There has been equipment driven across the lot post grading. I recommend smoothing the ruts and talking to operators to have them avoid driving across lot that have had their grading completed. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification. Please share this information with the engineer of record. Please let me know if there are any further questions.
