We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. - There appears to be a slight low spot north of 3062's driveway that may hold water. - On this and numerous other lots, the grading in the parkway appears incomplete with piles of dirt and holes left around where concrete has been poured. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification. Please share this information with the engineer of record. Please let me know if there are any questions.
