Enclosed please find spot elevation information for the Harmony Centre P.U.D., Circuit City Store.
This information was obtained from Landstar Surveying, Inc. and represents field data they obtained
to prepare an A.L.T.A. Survey.
This information was used by us to determine that the drainage improvements, including detention
requirements, are in substantial conformance to the approved plans.
The orifice plates were field checked and the following was found:
1. The 2 1/8" orifice plate was installed properly at the truck well area inlet as noted on
the approved plans.
2. The 3" orifice plate, which was to be drilled in the northeast manhole rim, was
replaced with a slotted rim cover and all slots were blocked except a rectangular
area determined to be equivalent to the 3" diameter in area.
3. The 7" orifice plate was installed properly at the south manhole as noted on the
approved plans.
A temporary certificate of occupancy was issued and in order to release a full certificate of occupancy
you requested the above information. With this in mind, and the enclosed information, we request
your release of a full certificate of occupancy.
