This is to certify that an "As Built" survey was made of the grading on Lot 9, Block 6,

The finish floor elevation of the house is 5095.21 and the garage floor elevation is 5093.71.
The lowest opening elevation, other than the garage, is the top of the window well which is
5094.01. The proposed high water line of the adjacent detention pond is at elevation 5078.00.
The "As Built" elevations are shown on the enclosed sketch of the lot.
