Dear Mr. Tarket:
On June 24, 1996 a representative of our firm measured the relative
elevations for the top of foundation and the .lowest opening for the
residence under construction at the above referenced address.
Based upon an elevation of 92.11 at the northwest property corner
(back of walk) and a required top of foundation of 95.82 (Northern
Engineering Services Job; No.:9317.00, dated February, 1994), the
top of foundation ash measured was 95.77 or 0.0.5 higher than
required. The lowestt opening elevation was determined. to be 91.51.
It is our opinion., that these elevations are in substantial
conformance with the above mentioned grading plan.
