Dear Mr. Tarket:
On May 7, 1996 a representative of our firm measured the relative
elevations for the top of foundation and the lowest opening for the
residence under construction at the above referenced address.
Based upon an elevation of 94.64 at the northwest property corner
(back of walk) and a required top of foundation of 98.59 (Northern
Engineering Services Job No. 9317.00, dated February, 1994.), the
top of foundation as measured was 99.35 or 0.76 higher than
required. The lowest opening elevation was determined to be 91.41.
It is our opinion that these elevations are in substantial
conformance with the above mentioned grading plan.
