relative elevations for the top of foundation, loweat opening, and
several points around the property` fdj� the residence under
construction at the above referenced address. It is our opinion
that these elevations are in substantial conformance with the
grading plan by Northern Engineering Services, Job No. 9317.00,
dated February, 1994.
