Please accept this letter as my understanding of our conversation of August 31, 1995.
The storm drainage improvements (channel, rip -rap, and pond) were certified in 1994.
We are now requesting the release of lots in Phase 3. Northern Engineering is to furnish
certification of items as required in the near future. Until such certification is approved,
an additional ten (10) building permits will be allowed.

Subject: Hampshire Pond PUD
Glen,
Thanks for taking the time to meet with us in the field the other
day to discuss further drainage certifications needed on the
Hampshire Pond development. Northern Engineering, on behalf of
Richard Storck is currently preparing a drainage certification
for site improvements within his third phase of his development,
plus further documentation on the offsite channel and drop
structures. We anticipate that this certification will be
delivered to your office no later than September 12, 1995. We
will -be happy to meet with you to discuss any questions you may
hfLve with this certification.
