This is the drainage certification for.the site of the Hach Building -Stanton Creek 3rd
Filing.

Attached is the drainage certification form, the as -built grading drawing, and the
supporting drainage element calculations. The as -built survey was provided by King
Surveyors. The drainage- elements are labeled respectively with the calculation work
sheets in the as -built plan. The building finished floor elevation is slightly above the
proposed FFE and the as -built grading provides sufficient positive drainage away from
the building.

the release of any Stormwater Utility holds on Building
Permits and/or Certificates of Occupancy.
